JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUN 日本における活動休止のお知らせ
JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUNの日本におけるアーティスト活動を当分の間休止いたします。



日本において現在JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUNのマネジメント業務を行っている韓国法人C-JeS ENTERTAINMENT CO.,LTD.の代表者が、暴力団幹部の経歴をもつ父親の威力を背景に担当アーティストを恐喝し、強要罪で実刑判決を受け服役していた、との報道につき、当社は事実関係を調査しておりました。その結果、現時点での暴力団との関係こそ明らかではないものの、その他につきましては上記報道がすべて事実であることが判明いたしました。

また、韓国で係争中のJUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUNの専属契約確認訴訟の進展により、彼らと当社との専属契約自体が無効とされる可能性が高まってまいりました。

当社はコンプライアンス重視、企業倫理遵守の経営方針から、これらの問題が解決されない限り、彼らのアーティスト活動をマネジメントするべきではないと判断いたしました。

JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUNを応援してくださっているファンの皆様には、上記報道等について大変ご心配をおかけしたことについて、深くお詫び申し上げます。併せて、当社の上記判断につきまして、なにとぞご理解を賜りたくお願い申し上げます。

なお、既に予定されております商品の発売、継続中のサービスなどにつきましては、現時点で変更はございません。また、S.M.Entertainmentのマネジメントによる、東方神起5人としての当社との専属契約に変更はございません。当社は一貫して申し上げておりますとおり、東方神起のアーティスト活動が再開できますよう、今後も全力を尽くしてまいります。
